West Hills Day Camp is one of Long Islands longest family run camps, that offers an accepting and loving environment for all children and families. The camp approached Linx to promote early enrollment for their Summer sessions.


Aware that the majority of families enroll their children for summer camp during the late winter/early spring months, Linx developed and executed an immediate and aggressive multi-channel campaign to promote early enrollment for their upcoming Summer sessions.


Linx developed a campaign that consisted of multiple tactics and channels, both online and offline, offering a focused value proposition, clear positioning, and the emotion behind the West Hills brand. The campaign consisted of a 3-prong direct mail distribution, video production for a TV commercial, emails, and online advertising which all lead targets to a unique landing page where leads could provide their information for a discount offer. This combination allowed for a wide-spread reach through various channels, delivering the right message to the right target, at the right time, increasing the effectiveness of the marketing program.


West Hills Day Camp saw a 22% sign up rate for the coming year.
