Our Strategy & solutions

Fabric Mill, a retailer of fabrics and related products for home decor, was looking to revamp its e-commerce platfrom to increase speed and provide a better shopping experience for their customers.

Linx conducted an in-depth audit of how users were interacting with the existing website and leveraging its in-depth knowledge of growth-hacking techniques, pinpointed areas of significant improvement that would streamline the shopping flow.

Based on the site analysis, Linx developed a website that made it easy for users to shop and encouraged higher cart values and minimized shopping drop-offs. With a new navigation and catalog system, Linx delivered a completely revamped platform that streamlined new product discovery and reorder processes.

Fabric Mill has seen an increase in checkout completion rates, increased cart sizes, and a growth in sales per customer.
