Linx decided to partner with a company dedicated to helping people get out of a Mexican timeshare contract sold on a fraudulent basis.
Linx set out to identify people sold a bill of goods based on inflated valuation and the ability to rent out a timeshare. Our strategy was to create communications enabling victims to understand the situation and the necessary steps to get out of their timeshare contract.
Linx developed a website to illustrate the many ways to right the situation. We also implemented direct mail and email programs, along with direct-to-target phone communications created to send users to the website, get the story and then implement the risk-free service.
The Mexican Timeshare Cancellation Service website just went live. We are already cancelling contracts.
