Situation

A client for almost 20 years, Kaufman Dolowich Voluck was ready to take the next step in its evolution.

Strategy

Focusing on its core competencies of Insurance Defense, Labor & Unemployment, Construction and General Litigation, Linx worked with the client to establish leadership positions in these areas through the human capital of the firm.

Solutions

We developed a new web platform called ProLinx as a publishing vehicle to link the partners, associates and of counsel lawyers at KDV with their education, events, symposiums, published papers and decisions, etc., all on a single entry system that would automatically populate these areas within the site.  KDV was the first company to use this platform.  We also developed a branding campaign around the tagline “Our Service Makes the Case” to emphasize the relationship between a high level of service, pre-emptive strategies and outcomes.

Results

Over the last five years alone, KDV has grown from 20 attorneys to over 100 in seven offices across the country.
