Situation

Canon’s Image Capture Solutions Team had been working with Linx since 2009 to build and manage their dealer portals. Canon’s Vertical Marketing Team approached Linx to help create a new program targeting the key active vertical segments within the healthcare and legal industries.

Strategy

Linx created a Dimensional Direct Mail Program linked to the Dealer website focusing on innovative document management strategies by using both multi-function printers and dedicated scanners in conjunction to improve business processes and improve customer/patient service.

Solutions

The program consisted of unique custom puzzles illustrating the main messaging around solving document and data management issues. Prospects were linked directly with dealers to drive appointments. The dealers were provided telemarketing support, web landing pages and a reporting module along with the dimensional program.

Results

The sales cycle is still in process for the Healthcare Program and the Legal Program will be underway this summer.
