Admit’s best-selling Impact computer aided dispatch and records management system successfully sold to police, emergency medical and fire departments in the north east. The problem was – consumers recognized the company name as Impact – not Admit.
Linx developed the strategy to drop the Admit name and create new identity programs and branding for the prestigious Impact system including advertising, collateral, web design, e-mail and more.
Linx helped develop video presentations on the company and its products to both sell the systems and educate customers on use. From a strategic standpoint, Linx helped Impact expand its opportunities into college campuses as well as advised on other potential regional and vertical opportunities.
Impact is a leader in its core businesses and has seen significant rise in both revenue and profits. Its expanding relationships and product line portends bright opportunities for the future. Impact has recently been appointed as a lead company in the prestigious Applied Science Foundation for Homeland Security.
